Shipping policy

We will do everything possible to ensure your purchase arrives within the timeframe we have indicated.

In the UK, this will be 1-14 days. The rest of the world 1-21 days. If there are any delays, we will advise asap.

We are not responsible for postage delays due to industrial action or the times of year when postal services are at their busiest.

Further the USDA now applies tariff's to all orders destined for the USA. These costs are paid upfront by CT3DP. The customer should NOT have to pay tariff costs but will still be liable for the payment of any taxes or duties levied in their State on the delivery of the order. If customers are asked to pay tariff costs, they will need to reach out to their postal service within the USA to find out why the tariff has been applied.

CT3DP does not ship to any countries within the European Union.
